As an Enterprise Sales Manager at Renova Cloud, you will lead enterprise-level sales initiatives, develop strategic customer relationships, and drive revenue growth across key accounts. You will play a pivotal role in expanding Renova’s footprint among enterprise clients by positioning AWS-based cloud, DevOps, and AI solutions.
This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, consultative selling, and team leadership.

- Lead and develop the sales team to achieve revenue and performance targets.
- Build and manage enterprise customer relationships at C-level and decision-maker levels.
- Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise opportunities, ensuring healthy pipeline growth.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate closely with presales, technical, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Drive customer adoption of AWS and Renova services through consultative engagement.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring win-win outcomes for both clients and Renova.
- Deliver compelling value propositions around Cloud, DevOps, and AI transformation.
- Analyze customer business needs and propose effective, scalable solutions.
- Report on pipeline, forecasts, and KPIs to management regularly.

BS/BA degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Kinh nghiệm
Minimum 8 years of total sales experience, with at least 5 years in Enterprise Sales (B2B/ICT segment).

- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding annual sales quotas.
- Experience in cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) or enterprise IT solutions is a strong advantage.
- Background in the ICT industry (cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, SaaS, AI) preferred
- Strong executive-level presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working under pressure.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
