Sơ Lược Mục Tiêu Chính

Senior Account Manager is responsible for leading and guiding sales team in an organization, set sales goals & quotas, build a sales plan, analyse data, assign sales training and sales territories, mentor the members of sales team and are involved in the hiring and firing process.

Nhiệm vụ chính

  • Be responsible for finding new prospects, opportunities development, sale, closing deals and improving customer adoption;
  • Manage account relationship, senior level positioning, effective account mapping;
  • Resolve customer complain regarding sales and services;
  • Understand of assigned account’s organizational structure and decision-making hierarchy;
  • Ability to make executive pitches and presentations;
  • Close cooperation with the presale and tech team to analyse & clarify customers’ business objectives & requirements in details to select & advice on the suitable solution offering;
  • Articulate compelling value propositions around cloud services;
  • Possess the technical ability to explain (not implement) Cloud Computing, technology concept;
  • Analyse sales statistics;
  • Plan and coordinate training programs for Sales team;
  • Other tasks required by CEO.

Trình Độ Và Kinh Nghiệm

Trình độ

  • BS/MS in Economic/Business Administration or relevant filed
  • Candidate having knowledge/experiences in Cloud and Cyber Security is an advantage

Kinh nghiệm

  • Experience or background in ICT industry, at least 3-5 years experiences as sales, business development, or similar positions
  • Cloud services sale experiences is high advantages

Yêu cầu cá nhân

  • Proven track of sale, business development in IT industry
  • Strong presentation, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Communicates effectively verbally including excellent presentation skills and can communicate clearly in writing
  • Must be target oriented, self-starter and aggressive enough to achieve the defined targets
  • Good English
  • Proactive, independent and creative thinking ‘outside of the box’.
