Tóm tắt vị trí / Mục đích chính của vị trí

As a Sales Development Representative/ SDR based in Vietnam, you will join our Sales team to identify and create  new qualified sales opportunities. You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing Teams to optimize lead generation and strategic sales approach in the Vietnam market. With your  engaging communication skills, rapport-building abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a team player mindset, you will have a direct impact on our Sales pipeline and contribute to our  revenue growth. This is a great stepping stone position to a career in sales at Renova cloud. 

Nhiệm vụ và trách nhiệm chính (nhưng không giới hạn ở)

Contact potential customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts;

Answer questions about products or the company ;

Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close meetings ;

Direct prospects to the field sales & technical team when needed ;

Develop and find new contacts as well as update customer information in the database ;

Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation ;

Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales ;

Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information ;

Work closely with Sales & Marketing team to generate leads and qualify them ;

Focus on successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone and Emails follow-up ;

Support Sales & Marketing on various activities focused on sales/business development;

Own overall relationship with assigned clients ;

Develop and manage client portfolios;

Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints

Bằng cấp và kinh nghiệm

Trình độ/ Thành viên

Must have fluent Business Vietnamese-language skills, and strong English language  capabilities, additional language a plus! 

A growth mindset demonstrated quota achievement and/or track record of success in  prior roles 

Sales driven & customer-oriented focus 

Strong ability to understand the Vietnamese customer needs via curiosity, asking open ended questions and active listening 

Excellent verbal & written communication, and presentation skills 

Experience with SDR tech stack or similar tools: Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales  Navigator, LeadIQ, etc. 

Kinh nghiệm

At least 1 year of Sales Development (SDR/BDR) experience calling into the Vietnam  market, ideally in a tech/software company and a fast-paced environment. 

Yêu cầu cá nhân

Team player with collaboration skills, and experience working with sales, marketing, and  operations teams 

Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with minimal direction.
