Sơ Lược Mục Tiêu Chính
This is a hands-on role for a digital marketer with 4–5 years of B2B experience who can turn online presence into real business leads. You’ll own our social media, website, blog, and SEO, while experimenting with new channels like TikTok and Zalo to reach decision-makers in Vietnam and the region. You’ll work closely with our CMO and sales team to create measurable impact, not just awareness.
Nhiệm vụ chính
1. Lead Generation & Funnel Growth
- Build campaigns across online channels (social, website, blog, email, paid media) to deliver qualified B2B leads.
- Set up and optimize landing pages, CTAs, and lead capture flows.
- Measure, analyze, and improve campaign performance against lead KPIs.
2. Content & Channels Management
- Manage and grow Renova Cloud’s social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) with consistent, high-quality content.
- Write and publish blogs, case studies, and thought-leadership aligned with AWS and Renova initiatives.
- Explore and test new growth channels (TikTok, Zalo, webinars, podcasts).
3. Execution & Innovation
- Hands-on creation and publishing of posts, visuals, and campaigns (using tools like Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, etc.).
- Leverage AI tools for faster content creation, SEO optimization, and campaign analytics.
- Experiment quickly, learn from results, and double down on what works.

Kinh nghiệm
- 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on B2B / enterprise audiences.
Yêu cầu cá nhân
- Strong track record managing social media, websites, blogs, and digital campaigns.
- Startup or fast-growth company experience a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, lead funnels, and campaign analytics.
- Familiarity with emerging channels in Vietnam (TikTok, Zalo) and how to adapt B2B content.
- Experience with AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, HubSpot AI, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in English & Vietnamese.
- Data-driven, creative, and able to work independently in a small team.
