Position Summary / Primary Purpose of the Position
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing and maintaining scalable, cloud-based applications that enhance our clients’ capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a passion for solving complex problems and delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to)
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Build robust and scalable APIs and backend services.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and fix bugs, optimize performance, and improve the user experience.
Implement security best practices to protect applications and data.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to operations and activities.

Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications/ Memberships
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Strong knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET, and experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of version control systems like Git.
Strong problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on product development.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Experience
3+ years of experience in full stack development.
Personal Requirements
Experience with serverless architecture and microservices.
Knowledge of cloud-native application development.
Certification in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Azure Developer Associate).
