Innovation from Within: The Rhino Hackathon
The highlight of the trip was the “Rhino Hackathon: Protocol Upgrade.” Moving beyond theoretical exercises, our cross-functional squads (combining Tech, Sales, and Operations) were challenged to identify internal bottlenecks and architect real-world solutions using GenAI and Cloud Automation. The result? Groundbreaking ideas to optimize our own workflows, proving that at Renova, we don’t just sell technology—we live it.
Celebrating Excellence
The journey culminated in the “Fire 2026” Gala Dinner, a night of celebration, music, and recognition. We honored our Employees of the Year and celebrated the collective “One Renova” spirit that drives our success.
