Position Summary / Primary Purpose of the Position
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with a strong focus on data analysis and data migration to lead our Data Warehouse initiative in the healthcare domain.
This project supports one of the largest hospital systems in Vietnam and aims to improve data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in data modeling, data migration, business intelligence, and business process optimization, while also leading deliverables across cross-functional teams, including ETL Developers, Data Engineers, and fellow Business Analysts.

Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications/ Memberships
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in business analysis with a strong focus on data-driven and data migration projects.
- Proven experience leading or contributing to large-scale data migration initiatives.
Personal Requirements
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Visio, wireframing, prototyping, and use case modeling tools.
- Strong understanding of business processes, especially in complex or regulated industries.
- High proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience working in Data Warehouse environments, with knowledge of ETL processes.
- Solid knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and practices.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a significant advantage.
- Experience in the healthcare domain is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, ICD-10) is a strong plus.
- Experience working under Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Exposure to data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK) is an advantage.
- Experience with managing 3-6 team members.
