Position Summary
Sales Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day operational tasks of the Sales department. This includes follow the sales process, scheduling and coordinating activities, and creating reports to help drive results.
Key Relationships
- Consults with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems / complaints and to provide ongoing support
- Continuously offer new program, products to existing customers
- Provide management of incoming internal and customer orders, required contracts or other documentation such as invoices and payment, tender documents
- Maintain up-to-date database of customer information, orders and delivery follow up.
- Estimates or quotes prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
- Partnered with Sales Team and respective resellers by providing critical administrative sales support.
- Planned and facilitated departmental events such as product samples and catalogs, brochures. following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations, and attending trade shows and conferences when requested.
- Produced sales presentations for various meetings.

Qualifications and Experience
Memberships
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields.
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in the same positions or Sales/ Sales Support.
Personal Requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service and event management skills.
- Proficient in English (4 skills)
- The ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge or experience in Accounting is an advantage
