Position Summary / Primary Purpose of the Position
This position is responsible for achieving all sales and revenue goals for an assigned territory by developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with customers and partners. This individual will lead the existing sales team to focus on achieving sales targets. The Cloud Sales Manager works to grow new sales revenue by assisting the sales team in identifying, qualifying and coordinating meetings for all opportunities, performing product demonstrations, negotiating the contract, and closing. Responsibilities also include forecasting new business revenue.
Key Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to)
Possess the technical ability to explain (not implement) Cloud Computing, technology concept;
Strong grasp of Sales tools;
Manage and motivate growing sales team;
Able to plan/ restructure of Sale team, strategy to lead Sale team achieve their best performance;
Achieve Sales Targets by managing individual sales quotas ;
Own New Business Sales Pipeline and Forecasting ;
Manage daily, weekly and monthly reporting to support and analyze sales activity ;
Be responsible for closing new projects (Managed services, Data analytics, Migration, ect) signing projects, contract negotiation, project problem solving, project payment;
Work with marketing and sales management to develop target strategies;
Other tasks as assigned by CCO, CEO

Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications/ Memberships
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required;
Dynamics CRM or Equivalent;
Ability to interact and sell at the C-level;
Build and maintain relationships with influencers and decision-makers;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Strong ability to demonstrate software offerings at a detailed level, develop innovative value propositions to maximize sales revenue, and negotiate and close under time and objective pressure;
Focused, activity-driven, and technology savvy;
Effective time management and organizational skills;
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience
Must have at least 3 years of Sales Management experience in Cloud Solutions or technology-based product or service
