Position Summary / Primary Purpose of the Position
As Customer Success Manager, you will be supporting business clients in taking full advantage of our services & products, manage and sustaining relationships with customers.
Key Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to)
Own overall relationship with assigned clients
Develop and manage client portfolios.
Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
Minimize customer churn.
Hold product demonstrations for customers.
Improve onboarding processes.

Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications/ Memberships
Must have fluent Business Vietnamese-language skills, and strong English language capabilities, additional language a plus!
Experience
2 years of Sales experience in the Vietnam market, ideally in a Cloud IT/software company and a fast-paced environment.
Experience with SDR tech stack or similar tools: Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadIQ, etc.
Personal Requirements
A growth mindset demonstrated quota achievement and/or track record of success in prior roles
Sales driven & customer-oriented focus
Strong ability to understand customer’s needs via curiosity, asking open-ended questions, and active listening
Excellent verbal & written communication, and presentation skills
Team player with collaboration skills, and experience working with sales, marketing, and operations teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with minimal direction
