Position Summary / Primary Purpose of the Position
The Cloud Technical PM will be responsible for the day-to-day management of technical projects, including planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and high-level explaining the AWS solutions to customers.
Key Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to)
- Day-to-day management of technical projects, including planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting;
- Provide expert communication and support to customers regarding their AWS solutions and services;
- Lead project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues and risks.

Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications/ Memberships
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Cloud technical project management;
- Have experience in managing projects for Cloud services company, especially AWS;
- Have ability to gather customer requirements, define clear project scope and deliveries;
- Project Management: Demonstrated experience in Cloud project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting;
- Team Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex technical data and develop solutions;
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
- Project Management Professional (PMP), AWS certification or equivalent is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Strong presentation, organisation, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Must be target oriented, self-starter and aggressive enough to achieve the defined targets.

- Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
