Starting this week, Google will begin rolling out free access to advanced <a href=\"https:\/\/go.cloudplatformonline.com\/iT7G0hJVNKk00o0019H3W06\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/go.cloudplatformonline.com\/iT7G0hJVNKk00o0019H3W06&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1583572514566000&amp;usg=AFQjCNH3f-xlQ5onZDoqvVuDYpTnW3OeZQ\">Hangouts Meet<\/a> video-conferencing capabilities. This apply to all G Suite and G Suite for Education customers, globally including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Larger meetings for up to 250 participants per call<\/li>\n<li>Live streaming for up to 100K viewers within domain<\/li>\n<li>Record meetings to Google Drive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These features are typically only available in the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/go.cloudplatformonline.com\/l7JHU000kV9N1W3o60h0L0G\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/go.cloudplatformonline.com\/l7JHU000kV9N1W3o60h0L0G&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1583572514566000&amp;usg=AFQjCNEQ60jKr3aXUsyYBGH3QTZ3H8PXzQ\">Enterprise<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/go.cloudplatformonline.com\/ZJh6N0VVo0100H09M30kWG7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/go.cloudplatformonline.com\/ZJh6N0VVo0100H09M30kWG7&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1583572514566000&amp;usg=AFQjCNEb0SfhMGI73zjgUDIRyeSdvowF2w\">Enterprise for Education<\/a> editions of G Suite. And will be <strong>available to all customers until July 1, 2020<\/strong>. Helping you to scale and ensure streamlined, reliable access throughout this period.<\/p>\n<h3>What is happening?<\/h3>\n<p>Customers that have the G Suite Basic or Business edition, will soon be able to access advanced Hangouts Meet capabilities for their domain, free of charge, through July 1, 2020. Advanced Meet features include the ability to host\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/go.cloudplatformonline.com\/BV01WG3Wh000607J09NkNHo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/go.cloudplatformonline.com\/BV01WG3Wh000607J09NkNHo&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1583572514566000&amp;usg=AFQjCNE8KEYu6yO7izbJOdIFcY8T8ZfD1Q\">larger meetings<\/a> with up to 250 participants per call. <a href=\"https:\/\/go.cloudplatformonline.com\/O070N6HW0301hGkO0X0oV9J\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/go.cloudplatformonline.com\/O070N6HW0301hGkO0X0oV9J&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1583572514566000&amp;usg=AFQjCNHu-S-phxQ2C5CE6VBbVSvqHcHGlg\">Live streaming of meetings<\/a>\u00a0for up to 100k viewers within your domain, and the ability to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/go.cloudplatformonline.com\/z0H93ok0006JhP7VGNY1W00\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/go.cloudplatformonline.com\/z0H93ok0006JhP7VGNY1W00&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1583572514566000&amp;usg=AFQjCNHfbY-rGIKR6pFfa5BktX28Oz2fIQ\">record a meeting<\/a>* to Drive. After July 1, these domains will revert back to Basic or Business edition functionality for Hangouts Meet.<\/p>\n<h3>What do I need to do?<\/h3>\n<p>As these features are set to OFF by default, advanced Meet features will need to be enabled through the Admin console. Please <a href=\"https:\/\/renovacloud.com\/contact-us\/\">contact our support team<\/a> to first <a href=\"https:\/\/go.cloudplatformonline.com\/FV9Jk00QZ1G0N37H000Woh6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/go.cloudplatformonline.com\/FV9Jk00QZ1G0N37H000Woh6&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1583572514566000&amp;usg=AFQjCNFipnF1MIA1IJdKNmD2ok3cqeYukg\">enable Hangouts Meet<\/a> video calls and then advanced Meet features for your organization.
